FASORtronics is a small start-up company whose managing partners work closely together to create innovative products for astronomical adaptive-optical telescopes and for other applications requiring high power single-frequency laser systems. Our company is built on strong interpersonal relationships that encourage innovation and self-initiative.

Because FASORtronics is a small company, every individual must have a broad repertoire of talents and skills in order to succeed. We look for broadly talented individuals, team-oriented problem solvers, and those that really like to use their hands and minds to create innovative tools and products. Valued skills are those in the areas of lasers, optics, optomechanics, low-noise analog electronics, physics-based modeling, and computer control. Software tools often used are SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation, LabView, LabView RealTime and FPGA, Altium, MatLab, MathCad, Mathematica, and the list goes on. As we grow and undertake more projects, we can foresee adding technicians, assemblers, engineers, managers, and others.
